All alcoholic products offered for sale by Cloud Creations Hampers are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Gift baskets which contain alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

Under NSW Legislation hampers containing alcohol can only be purchased by someone other than the ultimate receiver and both the purchaser and the ultimate receiver need to be over 18 years of age.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence to;

Supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)

For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, attempt to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500)
If ordering hampers containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. Upon delivery of goods, the courier driver may ask for identification for proof of age before handing over goods.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
While we take tremendous care, Cloud Creations Hampers takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place.
​If an order has been placed twice due to technical error, please notify us and we will refund you immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY
We offer Australia Wide Shipping using a reliable and recognized courier and delivery service.
Our delivery charges are competitive and affordable.
Deliveries are available in Australia only and are not possible on weekends or public holidays.

​Next day delivery can be arranged for local Sydney orders.
Please let us know if an order is urgent and we will do our best to get your order delivered within your time frame.

Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas, and over the Christmas Season.

Shipping information will be supplied to you via email when orders are dispatched with tracking information.

It is your responsibility to inform Cloud Creations Hampers if an order has not arrived. We will then track and trace your order and follow up with the delivery service. Courier costs Australia Wide are dependent on weight & destination.

Any RE-DELIVERIES that occur due to incorrect address details, or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, will incur an additional delivery fee.
REFUNDS
Refunds due to damage once the hamper has left the Cloud Creations premise, will be thoroughly investigated.
Once the situation is assessed, a full refund is often given, or a replacement hamper is sent.
Sometimes photos are required to show damage to products.
Please note that refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or PayPal account used.
